    A refurbished Fitbit from FitBitty is a previously owned device that has been professionally tested, restored, and cleaned. Each tracker goes through a multi-point inspection to ensure full functionality.

    What condition will my device be in?

    We offer three condition grades:

    • Fair: Heavier signs of use such as scratches or marks. Fully functional.
    • Good: Minor signs of use with light scratches or marks.
    • Excellent: Almost like new, minimal visible wear.
    Are your devices genuine?

    Yes, all products sold by FitBitty are 100% genuine from trusted sources.

    What comes with my purchase?

    What does the warranty not cover?

    The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, lost or stolen devices, or cosmetic wear.

    What if my device develops a fault?

    Contact our support team with your order details, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or alternative solution as quickly as possible.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major UK payment methods including debit & credit cards and PayPal. Additional options like Klarna or Clearpay may be available.
